Donna Brough

“To say that the trucking industry has always been a part of my life is an understatement.”

Regional Manager
Pilot Travel Centers

  • HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY?

I have been a part of the trucking industry for 25 years. I first started working with Pilot Flying J as an overnight cashier and have been a regional manager for the past 14 years.

  • WHAT WAS IT LIKE GROWING UP IN THE INDUSTRY?

Growing up, I remember going to Union 76 Truck Stop for breakfast with my dad, where I saw firsthand how, day in and day out, employees at truck stops can impact the drivers’ daily lives. More so, along with these fond memories, I also met my husband, Cary, a former owner-operator and tank driver, through my job, and we have been married for the past 23 years.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR YOURSELF IN THE INDUSTRY?

Through my experiences at truck stops and my understanding of what my husband went through as a driver, I have a unique perspective that I bring to my job on what it takes to do what I do every day. My goal as Regional Manager is to make an impact on my team and the truck drivers that shop at my restaurants and fuel with Pilot Flying J, to truly make their day better and make them feel like family.
